Not getting the right answers?
Here are a few ways to improve your chatbot's responses:
Check your Shop Details — make sure your courses, pricing, and contact info are filled in and up to date.
Add Policies — add cancellation, refund, age requirements, or other policies on the Policies page so the chatbot can answer those questions accurately.
Add Q&A — use the FAQ page to add specific questions and the exact answers you want the chatbot to give.
After making changes, hit Regenerate Assistant on the Install page to update your chatbot.
